ABOUT: The Rust Foundation is delighted to host a Rust Team Health Summit co-located with RustConf 2026. The goal of this event is to bring influential members of the Rust Project together to discuss the overall health of the Project. Participants will identify common struggles across Rust teams, build stronger relationships between teams, create and disseminate resources to help teams manage themselves, and create a sense of community and unity between the teams to help solve cross-cutting issues when they occur.
